    Realy Keyboard For Gaming?

In the gamer keyboard family, the most popular are mechanical keyboards which are very precise but generally make a noise of hell. What interested me in the test of this keyboard is that it is gamer oriented but also silent.

    Different Button

The first thing that strikes you when you see this keyboard is that its keys are not high at all. We even wonder if it’s a gamer keyboard. The second particularity is that this keyboard has a fairly flat palm rest which gives it an even more distinctive style.

Obviously the keyboard has LEDs on each key, it is possible via 2 keys to switch from one color to another (7 colors) and to change the intensity of the color. I would have liked more lighting mode, but I quibble.

Only the space key is not fully lit, which is not much, but it is a detail that I noticed. (The devil is in the details).

The keyboard does not allow you to put certain keys of another color, a function that is quite standard on gaming keyboards. It is however very convenient to play in the dark if only ZQSD are illuminated.
Last flat: why put a red line in hard when this line only goes with the keyboard of red color.

    Handling / Ergonomics

The keyboard is very soft to the touch, the coating does not slip but it allows a pleasant grip. The keys are responsive and do not require a lot of effort, their travel is short and even if it takes a little getting used to, you get used to it very quickly.

It actually makes very little noise, which is practical to avoid waking up the family in the event of a night party. In game I had no problem, it has anti-ghosting, which does not limit the number of keys pressed in game.

The Pegasus has 12 multimedia keys for quick access to applications as well as a lockable Windows key.
It is resistant to projections (I trust the manufacturer, I do not see myself testing the glass of water to spill).

    Software part

The keyboard has not yet been released in France and even the American site does not have a software / driver to be able to customize the keyboard. I will update this section if that changes.

PC Gaming Keyboard Compatibility: Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows Vista, or Windows XP, Limited Mac OS keyboard support.

    Redragon support

    Characteristics :

    • Type: 104 key chiclet keyboard
    • Anti-conflict: anti-ghosting, n-key rollover (it is the fact of noting all the keys pressed at the same time)
    • Keys: replaceable, slim profile, quiet, high speed
    • Layout: 105 keys, 12 multimedia
    • Ergonomics: integrated palm rest, non-slip coating, removable feet
    • Lighting: RGB adjustable in intensity and effects

The Redragon Pegasus keyboard is an amazing gaming keyboard, with short, responsive keys, all with appreciable silence. I would have liked more customization of the lighting but for a relatively correct price we are dealing with a product with a very good quality / price ratio.
