    Alienware X17 R1 Review Specifications

    Alienware X17 Release Date

Announced in early June at Computex 2021, the Alienware X15 and X17 are undergoing an interior transformation. In their bowels hides a real quadriga: four fans fully harnessed to the cooling of high-end components. Dell sent us the Alienware X17 on loan, an imposing gaming laptop that we tested passionately. So do four grinders do a better job than two? Answer in our test.

We regularly complain about it: gaming laptops often suffer from breathless dissipation. It must be said that the high-performance components they carry are not the type to remain cool by nature . and the dissipation systems offered by the various manufacturers are rarely very ambitious. Because apart from the use of more advanced thermal paste, the transition to liquid metal, as for example at ASUS, or the use of more heat pipes, the cooling systems do not change drastically. They evolve rather peacefully over the years, without marking any real break.

Despite a limited leeway (due to the finesse of its machines) Alienware has yet decided to innovate without pretending. To precisely seek it, this famous rupture. And to do this, the American manufacturer has done things the American way: that is to say in a big way. Instead of the traditional couple of fans offered for ages on the vast majority of gaming laptops, Alienware has found a way to slip (with a shoehorn) four fans into the chassis of its two new flagships. We’ll see if they bear fruit, but first of all, let’s take the time to detail the Alienware X17 data sheet that Dell sent us on loan.

With this configuration (nawx17r105) the Alienware X17 R1 is displayed at exactly 3,548 euros on Dell’s official website. The device, however, starts from 2347.99 euros. There is then a Full HD 165 Hz screen (300 nits), an Intel Core i7-11800H, 16 GB of RAM, 512 GB of SSD and an RTX 3060. Conversely, the most high-end version of the The device is offered at 4147.99 euros. This time it includes an Ultra HD 120 Hz screen, an Intel Core i9-11980HK processor, 32 GB of RAM (clocked at 3466 MHz), 1 TB of SSD and an RTX 3080.

    Design: the change is inside

With 399.23 x 299.57 x 21.4 mm for 3.2 kilos, the Alienware X17 R1 is clearly what we call a beautiful baby. The machine is not the type to go unnoticed on a desk, already by its measurements, but also because Alienware is betting on a nice white and satin color called Lunar Light.

The latter is rather elegant. It is also found on other brand devices such as the Alienware m15 R4 ( tested by us last June ). This coating gives the chassis a silky appearance which is not unpleasant and which also has the merit of not being too messy. We also find this silky touch once the hood is open. The coating this time is immaculate black. This two-tone appearance is reminiscent of the XPS range, which at Dell has made its signature. Alienware was obviously inspired by it.

In terms of lines, the X17 cannot deny its origins. It is a pure Alienware, which finds the same stylistic and aesthetic codes as the other devices in the range. The machine is indisputably racy, with its sharp curves and its well-balanced silhouette, but above all it offers a quality of assembly and finish that is truly irreproachable. Everything is assembled with meticulousness, and it’s always a pleasure to see. Alienware does not skimp on this side, unlike many of its competitors. It must be said that the manufacturer does not hesitate to make us pay a high price either… but on this point, at least, we get what we pay for.

    Webcam Alienware X17

Above the screen, however, is a 720p webcam with a really mediocre rendering, even for occasional exchanges in video. Given the health context, the resurgence of Zoom, Teams and other meetings. We regret that manufacturers are still too few to make a real effort on the webcams integrated into their laptops.

This camera is on the other hand surrounded by the various infrared sensors necessary for facial identification via Windows Hello. It will therefore be able to instantly (or almost) recognize your coil at start-up. Damage by cons: Alienware has not seen fit to add a fingerprint reader in addition.

As on other models in the range, the manufacturer deploys RGB LEDs on its X17, which shines brightly in the dark. The whole thing can be controlled from the Alienware Command Center utility (still just as badly done though…). Clearly, it’s the entire rear of the X17 that lights up, in addition to the Alienware logos. But also the keyboard and even the trackpad, which is also RGB backlit. In use, this trackpad is not a champion, its supported clicks are very imprecise, but given the available space, its surface is relatively large. It is therefore on the whole sufficient for troubleshooting.

    Keyboard Alienware X17

The keyboard is chiclet type, with silky coated keys and a relatively deep stroke. Their return is firm, for a good impression when hitting. We also note that this keyboard is rather quiet and precise, including in game where it made a good impression on us. That said, note that we are still far from the delights of the mechanical keyboard offered on the Alienware m15 R4 (only available in QWERTY and as an option). Given the price of our Alienware X17, we would have liked to find a similar keyboard… we will have to go back.

Another defect, but for some users only: the absence of a numeric keypad. Despite its 17 inches, and like its distant cousin the XPS 17, our Alienware X17 is not there to help accountants. We can finally rail against an incomplete backlighting of the keys, which only makes the main characters visible… and not the symbols. It quickly becomes painful to use.

    Conectivity Alienware X17

Connectivity is generous. It includes two USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports; one USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 port; a Thunderbolt 4 port; one HDMI 2.1 port; one DisplayPort 1.4 port; an RJ45 Ethernet port and a microSD card slot. These ports are all located on the rear of the chassis. Only the power connection and a 3.5mm Jack headphone output are installed on the left and right sides of our X17, near the screen hinge.

On a daily basis, this rear grouping of the connectors is not the most practical, but it is entirely justified. The sides of the device are indeed monopolized by long ventilation grilles which run to near the wrist rests . Why ? Because unlike its competitors, the Alienware has not two, but four fans (two large, two smaller, installed one above the other and distributed in pairs on the right and left). They therefore need space and above all grids to laterally expel the hot air released by the components.

    Smart fan

Beyond this quartet of fans, Alienware engineers have also developed an artificial intelligence technology dubbed “Smart Fan”. Which has also been the subject of a patent. It is able to control each of the fans individually to increase, slow down or simply maintain their respective rotation speeds. The idea is to optimize the cooling according to the contexts of use and the heat released by the duo CPU / GPU, explained to us the Alienware representatives during the presentation of the X15 and X17 to the press, last June.

    Material

From a more material point of view, Alienware also replaces the traditional thermal paste with what the brand calls “Element 31”. As we explained a few months ago on Clubic, it is a TIM (thermal interface material) designed in-house and composed of a mixture of encapsulated gallium-silicone. This avoids the use of “traditional” liquid metal, likely (according to the brand) to damage the components over time. We will see a little later what this heavily redesigned dissipation system is worth.

    Design Assembly

It remains to quickly discuss the disassembly of the Alienware X17. This is done by removing 8 standard Philips screws using a precision screwdriver. Then unclipping the bottom plate of the aluminum chassis. We then access the components, the opportunity to discover the four speakers of the device we were talking about above. but also to access (quite) easily the battery, the two RAM bars and the SSD. Note also the presence of a slot for M.2 SSD left vacant. Perfect for adding extra storage in minutes…and on your own.

    Alienware X17 R1

If you’re lucky enough to buy it, the Alienware X17 is a formidable machine, brimming with power and benefiting from a really effective dissipation system, because it has been largely redesigned. The device is one that you look at with envy in computer stores, but its price is its main weakness.

The experience without real compromise that the American manufacturer offers us will ultimately only appeal to a handful of lucky people. Still, for almost 3550 euros, our loan unit skips an OLED screen. At this price, it would not have been stolen in our opinion.

  • Logitech M187 Efficient wireless mouse, Software

    Logitech M187

    Efficient mouse wireless?

The Logitech M187 is a small wireless mouse with an optical sensor. It is primarily intended for laptops and sold from 15 euros.

    Ergonomics

All dressed in plastic (matt on the sides and shiny on the top), the M187 offers hoods in different colors (blue, black, red). Be careful, if you choose the black model, it easily retains fingerprints. On the red model, received for testing, the problem seems minimal as you have to stick your eye to the mouse to see the traces of the mimines.

    Design M187

    M187 length

As for size and grip, no surprise, it is too small (8 cm) to support the wrist – even if it is quite logical for a pocket mouse – and the glide, if it remains soft, is not really silent. Logitech would do well to review the skates.

With the AA battery in place, the mouse weighs 51 grams, which goes unnoticed in a backpack or satchel.

    logitech 187

    M187 slice above

The M187 only offers the traditional left and right buttons and the wheel button. It is therefore impossible to adapt the sensitivity of this mini-mouse (1000 dpi) on the fly or to deport a function under the thumb (no button here). Like the HP X4000, its functions are similar to the ball mice of yesteryear.

Small compensation, the simple and symmetrical shape is perfectly ambidextrous.

    Precision

The M187 is suitable for Internet browsing and all office automation that does not require millimeter cursor placements. Its frequency of 125 Hz does not allow it to satisfy a very demanding public (graphic designers, etc.); it does not communicate its position frequently enough to the computer.

A mouse for gamers requires a sensor that can hold up to a movement speed of 3 meters per second.

The same goes for the movement speed, which reaches a maximum of 1.3 m / s; it’s too slow for gamers, especially for FPS enthusiasts (Call of Duty, Half Life) who need to be able to turn around in the blink of an eye. For other types of games, it is already much less of a problem.

    Connection

The small size of the wireless USB connector allows it to be plugged into the computer when it is moved and reduces the risk of loss or tearing. When moving the mouse without the notebook, it is possible to store this connector inside the mouse.

    STRONG POINTS

    Space-saving.
    Suitable for office use.
Nothing to adjust, you plug in, it works.
    Ambidextrous.

    WEAK POINTS

Unsuitable for games that require a minimum of speed and precision.
    Few buttons.
    Non-disengageable wheel.

    Software Logitech G Hub

Software logitech G Hub > Installers

    CONCLUSION

The Logitech M187 does not shine with its features. However, this small wireless notebook mouse fulfills its role: to offer a space-saving and inexpensive alternative to the touchpad.

  • Logitech G915 Gaming Mouse Suitable

    logitech g915

    Introduce Logitech G915

The Logitech G915 Lightspeed keyboard introduces Logitech’s new low profile GL mechanical switches.  Available in linear, tactile and clicky versions , depending on your preferred feel. Resolutely high-end, it is displayed at € 249, but is also available in a wired version, called G815 and sold € 50 less.

The G915 Lightspeed isn’t the manufacturer’s first mechanical wireless gaming keyboard, however. Logitech has indeed already released a G613 that we tested at the end of 2017, but which is much less upscale and uses conventional height mechanical switches.

    Ergonomics

We guessed it on the official visuals and it is confirmed at first contact: the G915 Lightspeed impresses with its design and its build quality. It follows the great trend of the moment and adopts a so-called frameless design , that is to say without a cover around the keys.

The switches are thus directly visible under the keys, fixed on a brushed aluminum finishing plate which makes its small effect.

A design reminiscent of the G413 and G513 Carbon, except that the finishes here are even better, the aluminum plate being curved on the sides of the keyboard to cover part of the left and right edges.

    Esthetic Design

More aesthetic, but also more pleasant in the hand when moving the keyboard; this avoids the sharp side of other keyboards with an aluminum finish.

Such as those we have just mentioned. The rest of the chassis is black plastic, but it is of good quality and can only be seen on the edges and underside of the keyboard.

    Keyboard

Full keyboard requires (with numeric keypad, multimedia keys and even macro keys), the G915 takes up a little space on the desk (475 x 150 mm), but retains a reasonable size. The absence of palm rest allows it to remain quite discreet (for a gaming keyboard of course ).

Fortunately, comfort does not suffer too much thanks to the thinness of the chassis. We only measure a small centimeter thick and 9 mm more to the top of the keys. In total, counting the rubber pads that give it good stability on the desk, the G915 does not exceed 22 mm thick at its highest point, when it is flat.

If you prefer a more or less pronounced inclination, it is possible to deploy feet under the back of the keyboard. The top of the function keys, on the highest row, thus increases to 27 mm with the small feet and 34 mm with the larger ones.

    Buttons

In terms of functionality, we appreciate having dedicated multimedia keys. The four small round buttons used to mute, pause or activate playback and navigate between tracks.  Are surmounted by a large aluminum wheel used to adjust the sound volume. With a beautiful width, the latter is one of the best that we have been given to handle on a keyboard.

Eight other keys are located on the left, above the function keys. M1, M2 and M3 are used to switch on the fly from one user profile to another (all three saved in the internal memory of the keyboard). While MR allows you to record macros. Macros that can in particular be assigned to the 5 keys numbered from G1 to G5 distributed in columns on the left.

    Position

A position – as always with keyboards that have it – a little unsettling at first when we try to place our hands on the keyboard by looking for the Ctrl key usually the lowest on the left. ut we get used to it quickly and these keys can quickly become very useful in games or software requiring the use of a lot of shortcuts. Unfortunately, Logitech does not allow.

Still at the top, to the right of the M keys, there is a key dedicated to activating Ligthspeed wireless transmission mode and another to activate Bluetooth.

Thus, it is possible to use the G915 with two devices: a computer used to play on which is plugged in the Lightspeed USB radio link dongle and a laptop or smartphone using Bluetooth, for example. You simply switch from one to the other by pressing the corresponding key.

    Gaming Keyboard

Gaming keyboard requires, another key is used to activate game mode to deactivate the Windows keys and the Alt Graph key. Any other key that has been previously defined in the settings of the G Hub software (see box ).

Strangely, game mode does not disable keyboard shortcuts like “alt + F4”, unlike what you see on other keyboards. Finally, the last of the 8 upper keys is simply used to adjust the intensity of the backlight.

We have 4 levels in addition to the possibility of completely cutting it. The backlighting is also neat and applies to the brand’s logo as well as to the multimedia keys.

    Backlight

Backlight off, the manufacturer promises 135 days of autonomy. However, we cannot really recommend to do without the backlight altogether if we need to look for certain keys. Since the translucent plastic revealed by the laser screen printing of the characters is far too dark to ensure good readability.

Once off, it is difficult to see the letters and symbols, which is a bit annoying for a wireless keyboard that we would have liked to be able to easily use backlighting off to preserve its autonomy.

Without backlighting, the readability of key characters is noticeably poorer.

    Connectifity

Wireless keyboard requires, the Lightspeed G915 only offers a limited connection. Do not expect mini-jacks for headphones and microphones or USB hubs and we cannot therefore blame it for these shortcomings. Only a micro USB port is present on the upper edge of the keyboard to allow its battery to be recharged.

In terms of connection, if Bluetooth is to be reserved for more office use. The Lightspeed link, on the other hand, has proven itself and allows first-rate responsiveness. It is simply impossible to feel a difference compared to a wired connection, the latency being remarkably low.

Perfect for video game use and we expected no less. However, in order to optimize the quality of wireless transmission. Logitech provides with its USB cable a micro-USB to USB adapter allowing you to connect the transceiver and bring it closer to the keyboard. Note also that the Lightspeed G915 can also operate wired.

    Logitech G Hub configuration software

Replacing Logitech’s Gaming Assistant, G Hub software is used to configure all of the brand’s latest gaming peripherals .

Article about Logitech G Hub > What G Hub for logitech

It offers more or less the same main options, namely the assignment to the G keys of the functions of our choice (pre-recorded commands or macro functions that we have created).

The change of the backlight effects or the selection of the keys which will be deactivated in game mode.

The settings can then be saved in profiles associated with specific games (so that they are loaded at the same time as the game). In one of the three profiles integrated into the keyboard, to enjoy anywhere.

  • Logitech G733 wireless headset Review

    Presentation

In August 2020, Logitech presented a new line of colorful gaming products , including the G733 wireless headset. Aimed at PC gamers “ wishing to have a headset with a well-marked identity ”, this model offers a colorful design, and even customizable thanks to original microphone windshields and multicolored headbands sold separately.

It also highlights its RGB backlighting, for even more style, its lightness, the reliability of its proprietary Lightspeed wireless connection and the particularly immersive sound reproduction.

The G733 was launched on September 7, 2020 at a price of 149 €. It is available in four colors (black, white, blue and lilac), one of which is licensed under League of Legends.

See Also  : Logitech G935 Mouse review

    Manufacturing

The design of the G733 contrasts with that of other helmets by offering a design much more elegant than the G635 and G935, but less sober than the Pro range . The ear cups are relatively large and each feature forward-facing RGB lighting in the form of a vertical line.

As with the majority of gaming headsets on the market, the pads are made of memory foam that can easily be detached. The hoop consists of a sliding hard plastic part, presumably reinforced by metal rods, and an elastic suspension strap adjustable on two levels and detachable.

The entire helmet is covered with plastic, matt in places, shiny in others, which gives it a “toy” aspect that is not very reassuring at first. However, the helmet seems sturdy. We noticed no flaws, no squeaks, and we have no complaints about the finishes. The headband design allows it to withstand the worst twists, and the headband looks well made.

Manual guide Logitech G733 > Download Here

    Comfort

What strikes most when wearing the G733 for the first time is obviously its weight of 278 g, much lower than the average for gaming headsets (around 310 g). This lightness, in particular due to the 100% plastic design, is really very appreciable. The helmet can thus be worn for long hours without being felt.

The helmet is placed very easily on the head. The suspension strap conforms to the shape of the skull and distributes the weight evenly. This strap is reversible, adjustable on two levels and can be purchased separately on the Logitech website.

The memory foam and mesh-covered ear cushions are very comfortable and help isolate surrounding noise slightly – sometimes you need to activate mic feedback to hear yourself speak.

Although the comfort of the G733 will suit the majority of users, some may criticize the lack of depth of the ear cups, which can cause unpleasant contact between the anthelix and the speakers after long use. The low range of adjustment of the arch (1 cm on each side) could also pose problems for larger heads.

    Connectivity

Like the Pro X Wireless , the G733 works exclusively wireless. It has no mini-jack input and its USB-C port is only used for charging. It communicates with a USB-A wireless transmitter / receiver using the proprietary Lightspeed protocol. A protocol that works correctly and that did not cause us to suffer any cuts during our tests.

Logitech promises us a range of 20 m which is verified as long as there is no obstacle between the headset and the USB dongle . Depending on the type of obstacle, the range can easily be halved, as sometimes a wall is enough to cut off communication.

Manual guide Logitech G733 > Download Here

    Controls & Application

The G733 is very easy to use: just plug in the USB dongle and power it on, nothing more. The left ear cup has two mechanical buttons that can be distinguished by touch: one for switching on and a “Selector G”.

Preprogrammed for muting the microphone, but which can be reassigned to any other action via the application.

The dial allows you to control the sound volume synchronously with the device to which the headphones are paired. Its placement and sensitivity require you to be careful when handling the headphones, otherwise the volume may be inadvertently changed.

The physical controls of the G733 are therefore simple. We would still have appreciated a control of the sound balance between the game and the chat or an adjustment of the microphone volume directly on the headset, without having to go back and forth between the game window and the application window from Logitech.

The headset is obviously managed by Logitech G Hub, the device manager of the Swiss brand. This software is very comprehensive and allows you to customize in detail many aspects of the helmet. It includes a 10-band equalizer, many sound settings for the microphone, including the Blue Vo! Ce filter, what to manage RGB lighting and what to activate and configure the virtual surround DTS Headphone: X 2.0.

Note that the application is much less complete on macOS than on Windows and that it is simply not available on consoles, which can be a problem, especially since the headset does not keep the changes in memory.

    Autonomy

The G733 ranks among the best wireless gaming headsets in terms of battery life. Our measurements validated the promise of 29 hours of use at moderate volume with RGB lights turned off. That said, the headphones demonstrate an astonishing management of these since they still reach 23 hours of autonomy with the RGB lights activated in “cycle” mode.

Charging is ensured by a supplied USB-C to USB-A cable. Even if the latter remains the majority format, we would have appreciated the addition of a USB-C adapter to have top compatibility.

    Audio

From the first listening, the G733 amazes by its relatively balanced sound reproduction, especially in the first half of the spectrum. The vocals are very well put forward and the stereophony, even if it lacks depth, is rather well defined

The default listening profile still suffers from a certain withdrawal from the presence zone (around 4 kHz), characteristic of the majority of gaming headsets . This brings to the general rendering a felted aspect, without being deaf or cavernous. The headphones can thus be used for long hours without causing hearing fatigue.

For a slightly sharper and more defined rendering, you can make a few small adjustments to the application’s graphic equalizer. We can also act subtly on the high end of the spectrum to obtain fuller highs, a more airy rendering, and thus make the most of what the G733 can offer.

We also appreciate the balanced reproduction of the bass which is present and delicately put forward without tainting the highest frequencies. The headset offers a comfortable and appreciable seat, both in games and for listening to music.

In the latter case, the speakers of the G733 can nevertheless show some limits on demanding pieces, especially in terms of precision. The readability and identification of some officiating instruments mainly in this region (double bass, bass, synth pads, bass drum) is not always ideal.

    DTS Headphone

DTS Headphone: X 2.0 virtual 7.1 surround is still featured on this G733. Contrary to certain other algorithms, this one does not add an additional room effect which harms the localization of the various sources, and ultimately to the immersion.

Unfortunately, activating this mode has a detrimental effect on the frequency balance: the rendering is cavernous and the algorithm very clumsily accentuates the LFE channel (extreme bass). To keep all the acoustic qualities of the G733, we will often prefer to keep the stereophonic rendering.

    Microphone

The headset comes with a detachable gooseneck microphone (mini-jack connector). The flexible part does not allow the microphone to be placed correctly in front of the mouth, but this is not really a problem since it picks up the voice without any problem.

That said, without any user intervention, the rendering suffers from a “megaphone” effect caused by a particularly tight response on the midrange – related, in part, to wireless communication. In addition, the sensitivity of the microphone is really low, you absolutely have to push the input level to the maximum to be heard.

The picture is not, however, all black: the microphone distinguishes the voice very well from the surrounding noises and it manages perfectly the whistles and the plosives, and that even without windshield. In addition, the Logitech G Hub application provides the G733 with an incredible list of audio processing (Blue Vo! Ce) to achieve a much more enjoyable result  if you like to get your hands dirty.

    Logitech G935 Wireless

    Wireless Headset

Today where everything works without cables, it seems crazy to us to have to play on a wired controller. It’s the same with headsets and earphones, which are increasingly abandoning this aspect.

However, wireless technology is considered by audiophiles to be a disgrace for one simple aspect. The sound signal switches from analog to digital, therefore natively providing signal compression.

Logitech, which has been specializing in gaming equipment for several years now, is trying to offer today with the Logitech G935 a headset that overcomes this concern through its unique technology.

The first report with the helmet really gives you confidence. The box highlights this one with a photo of the helmet, as well as the various selling points. The box itself therefore offers the headphones, charging cables and wired connection as well as the instructions.

    Part Of G935

Regarding the wireless part, Logitech had the good idea to slip the UBS key, mandatory for the use of the headset in the wireless configuration, in one of the ears. In order to balance the whole, we find on the other side the battery, also removable. The helmet weighs its weight, we feel it from our first use.

The headphones themselves are quite large, allowing to encompass the whole ear which is a very good point compared to the comfort that we will have in the long term. This Logitech G935 completely falls into the category of adaptable headsets, offering here an adjustment on the height, but also headphones that can perform a rotation in order to be able to follow the shape of our head.

Regarding the colors, if the whole helmet offers a fairly shiny black, you will find on the other hand a whole backlit aspect. Controllable via the software available on a PC, the LEDs are fully customizable, thanks to a fairly complete RGB management. You will also find several buttons on the volume edge, on the headset, which are also customizable.

    Microphone

Note that for more comfort, Logitech has opted for a retractable microphone system. A good idea if you use the headset more for cinema use than online video games.

The microphone activates only when it is lowered. Regarding the wireless part, the whole works over a distance of ten meters. And regarding its compatibility, you can play wirelessly on PC, PS4 but also on Nintendo Switch.

    Dolby Atmos Testing

We recently told you about the Plantronics RIG 500 Pro which had managed to offer a rather convincing analog headset, in particular with its use of Dolby Atmos. Here, a DTS Headphone X 2.0 certification is offered, with very correct and complete spatialization. We had the opportunity to test the headphones in cinema condition.

The Windows Netflix and OCS applications make it possible in particular to be able to see on your PC a good part of their catalog in 5.1 and some titles in Atmos which allows to be able to have a rather complete first overview of the capabilities of the headset, even with a different certification.

After seeing Jeff Tremaine’s The Dirt , we decided to throw our ear to one of the more recently released and most impressive sound- wise movies. Blade Runner 2049 by Dennis Villeneuve. The observation is clear, the whole 3D spatialization part works wonderfully! The bass is quite deep, and you really feel all the sound design done.

    Conclusion

The result works very well, with a nice balance. The strength of the headphones is this possibility, moreover, in the software of being able to adjust the equalization of the headphones fairly precisely, making it possible to resolve here the concerns that we may have on certain films and games.

To confirm our opinion, we decided to launch the headset for large gaming sessions. The conclusion is clear: the headset is a real success. On some parts of Overwatch or Sekiro, we find ourselves hearing in a fairly precise way all the movements, the position of the enemies and their proximity to us.

It is therefore a helmet that can be very useful especially in a multiplayer context to refine your skills. Even in purely stereo use, the headphones manage to offer correct spatialization, with convincing sound reproduction. Regarding the microphone, we can see that it is of rather good quality.

Little background noise, and a rather clear rendering in the end. We will not go so far as to record a voice-over, in particular because of a sufficient frequency band, but not as open as a conventional recording microphone.
